Questions about the headphones operation. What exactly does the balance button do?
For both the balance button and the Clear Voice, how do you know if its on or off?

Not sure which product you refer to. Normally it refers to turn on / off the voice clear mode.

I have the Avantree Duet. Not sure what headphones come with it ( D6129?) The buttons only say clear voice or balanced when activated. There’s no telling it they are on or off. So how do you know if these are on or off? What does the balance do?

You have the choices between Voice Clear ON or OFF, actually. Balanced = Voice Clear OFF.
