Orbit syncing sound - Navin - 04-24-2023 Hello, just got an Orbit, using on Samsung smart tv and trying to sync with JBL charge 5 Bluetooth wireless speakers, I got everything to work by sound is not synced with lips of people talking. Can I get it to sync better? Also headphone symbol sometimes has a line thru it, sometimes it doesn’t yet speakers still are working. Since these are wireless speakers do I want line thru it or not? Not sure what’s going on with that. Thanks in advance. RE: Orbit syncing sound - AvantreeOfficial - 04-25-2023 Unfortunately, JBL Charge 5 does not support Bluetooth low latency, which causes the lip sync issue. RE: Orbit syncing sound - Navin - 04-25-2023 Wish I new that when I brought orbit. What about the line thru the headphones, do I want that or not? What does it mean. Thanks RE: Orbit syncing sound - AvantreeOfficial - 04-26-2023 A line thru the headphone means the headphone is NOT connected. You can turn on the headphone and then use the button on Orbit to connect it with a click. RE: Orbit syncing sound - Navin - 04-26-2023 Ok but I don’t have any headphones, I’m just using the JBL charge 5 wireless speakers. So I’m guessing a line thru the headphones would be good? Pls advise. Thanks RE: Orbit syncing sound - AvantreeOfficial - 04-27-2023 That means the speaker is not connected. RE: Orbit syncing sound - Navin - 04-28-2023 But it is, I have sound. That’s why I don’t get it. Either line thru it or not it has sound. The other day it had a pretty good echo too! RE: Orbit syncing sound - AvantreeOfficial - 05-02-2023 Shall we give you a call to help you with the setup? |
