I've been looking for a good pair of PC headphones to use for working from home. If my phone rings while the Alto Clair 2 is connected to my PC, can I pick up the call on my phone and have the headphones automatically switch over?

Yes, you can. You can connect headphones to the PC via the adapter, and keep connecting your smartphone and PC at the same time. Then the headphones will automatically switch over when you pick up the phone.

What you need Avantree term Multipoint connection capability and the first generation of each of these models (along with many others) don't have this capability.

The testing bench mark is user sit and talk next to a boom box blast disco music and the other party cannot hear a thing apart from their conversation.
