Hi all, it's very easy these days to critisise a company but I also think it is often nice to do the oposite and say Thank You! I have bought a few items from Avantree, and have to admit to having a few hiccups on the way but I have to say, they have always been recitified by the EXCELLENT after care offered by the team.

I recently purchased a portable transmitter and found that it wasn't holding the charge, so I called the team on chat, and Hey Presto - Problem solved, they sent me a replacement without question.

I wish other companies were as good - Thank You once again Avantree for your superb service and aftercare!
