RoadTrip Speakerphone cutting in and out - AnneB - 01-13-2023

My Roadtrip Speakerphone works fine for about 10 minutes and then constantly shuts down, restarts and reconnects. The speaker says 'Power on, reconnected' over and over. So I have to shut it down. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix the problem?

Hi AnneB,

Could you please try to fully charge the Roadtrip and then reset & pair it again? Here is the guide for how to reset. https://avantree.com/product-support/BTCK-12#roadtrip-ck12-factory-reset-clear-pairing-history. Normally, it will work after that.
