No sound from Torpedo Plus - jdbeeswax - 01-16-2023

I am using a Surface Pro 6 with Windows 10. The new Torpedo Plus pairs with bluetooth, but there is no sound.  Similarly, when I connect the auxiliary port to the computer, nothing happens.  I continue to get sound from the internal speakers only. Although Torpedo Plus appears among the bluetooth devices, on the sound settings, the torpedo plus does not appear among the output options.

Sorry to hear the problem. 

Could you please try the two methods below to see if it works?

Method 2. Try to use it with your cell phone

--> If it works with your phone, it might be the issue with your computer setting. You can follow this guide for setting on your computer: 
      https://avantree.com/product-support/BTSP-006P-BLK#no-sound-on-windows-when-using-windows-built-in-bluetooth
      --> If it works with your phone, but still does not work with your PC after the setting, please contact us. We will offer you an alternative solution. 

--> If it does not work with your phone, please contact us for the new replacement.
