Duet volume not working on one of the headsets

Until about a week ago, the volume (up/down) and clear voice were working fine on both headsets. Now, while one of them is still working fine, the other one doesn't change volume at all. There is low to medium volume coming through, but I can't turn it up, mute, nor change to Clear Voice.
