Headphone for sleeping recommendation?

Hi guys, my husband loves felling asleep while listening to podcast. But the podcast he always listen to features a really loud comedian and they always yelling in the show. I often gets super annoyed by that and have hard time felling asleep when he playing those. I had no idea how he can fell asleep with those, but I can't do it. 
Anyway, he tried to wear regular headphone in bed but those are not super comfortable and it hurts his ear after hours of sleeping. So I'm thinking about getting him a more comfortable headphone. Any suggestion??

I have some Avantree over ear headphones (two types that share the same bodyshell design) and you are right that after a few hours the ear against the pillow start to hurt. I do have some 'inner ear' style headphones as well  which are far smaller and don't pose the same problem. Maybe that sort will suit him best - especially if they're very comfortable to wear in the first place with soft ear canal cushions/buds installed.
