USB Port Popped off the PCB

I have reached out to customer services, e-mailed back and forth the several times. I have been unable to provide a date of purchase, it was a gift. So I will assume it is out of warranty.


I have a set of HT4189 Bluetooth headphones. They turn on and say low battery.


I am tiring to get the manufactures name and part number of the USB connector so I can order the part and repair the headphones. Keeping them out of a landfill.



I do not believe this would be a warranty repair, could be a manufacturing defect, a lack of solder or re-flow of the USB port to the board. Either way I am grateful all the traces seem to be intact. The PCB is marked in silk screen AS9S_C06   20190522  The CSR 8635 module seems to be working (https://w.electrodragon.com/w/CSR8635).
