Connect 2 headphones to a Panasonic TV

I just bought and returned a set (2) of your 41899 headphones, believing from a discussion with one of your reps.     I have a 45" Panasonic TV which has a single digital audio out and a single RCA audio out.       I wish to have 2 sets of wireless headphones.     The current digital port port is connecter to a TV box by the TV service provider.     If I acquire a 3-way digital output splitter, can I achieve the desired configuration with your equipment?

TV box normally connects with TV via HDMI cable. You can use HT41899 with your optical audio out port.
