My husband is 92 and bedridden. We just purchased D4169 Dual wireless Headphones & Transmitter TV set. He likes using the over the ear headphones. The in the ear phones do work because they have a tendency to fall out with the movement of his head and the pillow. Can the over the ear phones be somehow used as an hearing aid? Thank you.

A few questions 1. Is the over ear headphone comfortable when lying down? 2. Is that not too hot if wear it all day long? 3. When talking about hearing aids, I believe you refer to using it to listen to other people in the room?
