Running off aux jack. Getting weak sound, but can’t increase volume pushing + button beeps but no sound increase.
Hi, could you please state the product you have with us so we can better troubleshoot the weak sound you are getting. In regards to the buttons, they are intended to not function in wired mode and it is recommended to only adjust the volume/change tracks from the computer or smartphone.
What is your audio source?
Maybe your audio source's volume is low, or on mute?
I would suggest setting the headphone's volume to mid scale the raise the volume on you audio's source.
